Hmmm, a lot of choices, but I'll have to say the Super Star Destroyer "Lusankya" from the Star Wars extended universe.

The normal Super Star Destroyer is quite simply just pimp as it is. But the "Lusankya" was a hidden force, buried underneath the surface of the city-planet Coruscant. It made its escape after the New Republic captured the planet, leaving behind a trail of destruction that devestated a huge areas of Coruscant's surface.

But yeah, I'm not a Star Wars geek or anything.
