Ok here's how it goes. I'll start.

I come up with a text from a game. Or perhaps a picture. Anything I like.
You try to guess what game it's from. If you get it right, you're the next one to ask a question. ONLY if you get it right (and somebody confirms it), can you ask a new question.

All i know is that the people are red, and only one has a shield. And its inhabitants are some sort of green-lizardy thing with a chain...i think, but im Stickin with Final Fantasy

Ooo close! Maybe that's a bad shot to have picked (I deliberately took it from the game's top-down perspective instead of side-scrolling)... But I'll give a couple hints... Including one big one...

It's made by Capcom and the character has a Bionic arm... :sneaky:

Thats the fist thing that popped into my head after seeing that as well. But after a few seconds I realised it wasnt Custer's Revenge(one of the most insightful games of all time, no doubt)

It's a game that goes by the name of King's Knight... A pretty crappy action/adventure game made by Square before they became RPG kings... We owned it when I was a wee child because we rule...
