Survivor IV: RE team selection
 

Greetings to all, it's that special time of year - a time for giving and sharing, and for ripping the throat out of the jerk who backstabbed you. It truly brings joy to my heart. So without further delay, let us begin.

In the past I have hand-picked only the finest GT has to offer. This time it will be a little different. A lot different, actually. You guys are going to pick your own teams.

Recently I posted a thread reminding people to get referrals. Now the two people who have accumulated the most referrals are GameMaster with 26, and jonbo298 with 9. Therefore they get to choose their own tribes from the following list:

So now I need either GM or jonbo to call heads or tails so we can figure out who goes first. Then we'll go back and forth between them until each has chosen 7 people to accompany them on this dark, horrific journey.

Now there are a couple of caveats (sp?) with this process. You know how it always sucks to get picked last and how it can turn into a popularity contest? Well the last two tribe members GM and jonbo select will have automatic immunity the first time their tribe goes to tribal council. So, you can pick your buddies first with the knowledge that it will be one of them you have to vote off first, or you can pick them last and risk the other team snatching them up before you.

Those of you not selected will become members of the All-GameTavern Reject Society (AGRS). While not in the game per se, you will have the opportunity to shape (ie sabotage) the destinies of the survivors. You may also have the chance to force your way into the game.

At stake for the final survivor is a $50 gift certificate to a video game store as well as a big rep boost. Everyone understand so far? Once jonbo and GM have selected their tribes you'll need to come up with names for them. There are no restrictions other than they have to be RE related.

Oh. And here's a little schooling for everyone about my name. Keep in mind I'm not angry or anything This is purely for educational purposes.

There's actually 2 Ls in my user name. I know, I know, this is a shocking piece of news but I assure you it's true. You guys usually catch the second one but there's another. There are Ls before and after the F.

See? remember that the F is a like a creamy caramel filling surrounded by the Ls which are like a chocolate coating.

Here's another trick to help you remember. Dyl as in the first 3 letters of my name (Dylan) followed by flon. It's like flan but with an o.

So, I wish you all the best luck in your future efforts in spelling my name.

My first choice will be ominub. And don't worry, there shouldnt be a huge lapse between GM's choice and my choice since I can be on GT at any time in the day (to an extent since sleep is needed at some point)
