GameTavern's going dark
 

Our new layout will probably have a dark background with some blues, greys and maybe yellow. Consequently we're going to change our forum colors as well. If you want to help you can go to Color Scheme and design a new look for the forums. You will be given a reward if we decide to use your design. If you come up with something you like be sure to save all the color codes so we can reproduce the scheme.

Why not go with the forum's old dark colors, when GT had it's dungeon theme?

Please don't use yellow. It looks absolutely awful on black. At least don't use yellow too much.

Well, last time the forums were dark and everything, the links were yellow, and that was on black - and I think that was a little too much.

Neo, I shoul still have all of GT's old forum color changes stored on my dad's old dekstop if you want them :p

Um, the background thingie wouldn't go away in the code generator, so I left it in; you can erase it however you want. The Entire background is meant to be black, else the custom GT logo I made below will look distorted:

The version without the rust is my favorite.
I changed the table border from #DDDDDD to #CCCCCC to make it a shade darker. But I think it looks great.

And the starry background sample looks good with it.

I'm working on another scheme as well, one a tad lighter, but we'll see how that turns out later on tonight when I post it.

Ick! I like those colors, the blue - but that's TOO much blue.

Beckham's example is the best by far IMO

I couldn't help but notice you try my logo for a split-second, NEO. Against this blue background- Yuck.

If you are going to use my design, then fine, but if you just want to use the logo or something, I can make you another one quick if you decide to stay "blue"...just let me know, cuz the logo I posted here was meant to go against a black/starry backdrop only, and the "indigo" here was almost destroyed when I saw you pop it in there for those brief few seconds...:unsure:
