How many of you are planning on getting this game on the release date? I know I am. Also, how many of you played the first one? I did.

Also, how about some information on your clan:

Name: The Angelic Warriors or The Fallen Angels
Theme: No real theme, but Im going to have a lot of magic users and assassinators in my team.
Favorite Race in the Game: Viera
Favorite Job: Assassin

What do you guys think about the new way of getting abilities? In this game the weapon you are using determines what abilities you can get, unlike the old point purchasing system.

I've played the original... I didn't like it. It's just not my type of game. I suck at strategy and handling that many characters at once and stuff.

You know, I am going to buy the game, it'll probably be the game that will be most worth it for GBA owners. The PS1 Tactics was one of my favorite games of all time. Everything about it made it good, I loved it a lot.

Anyways, I run a Tactics Gaming site with 700+ forum members in it but I won't post the link since it will be considered advertising. It just shows how much I love SRPG's.

And Crono, have you ever played any Tactical RPG's? Like Tactics Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics? From what I see from your gaming tastes, you'll love Final Fantasy Tactics for the PS1.

Sadly, I haven't. But I really really want to buy FFT on PSX. Once FFTA comes out I will download it.

And who the hell gave me -Rep for saying that I was going to download the game? I'm sorry, but it isn't my damn fault that I can't afford a GBA and a game. :distress:

Okay Ginkasa, you just -repped me again. Enough. You're the one who started this, live with it. Again it is not my fault for not being able to afford a new game, whether you dislike piracy or not, I really don't give a ****.

Don't be so offended. I don't see any problem with giving -rep because you download ROMs of new games, which I personally disapprove of. That's the kind of thing that rep should be docked for IMO.

Rep isn't so big that it should only be given to super intelligent and thought provoking posts and away from complete retards \/\/40 +@7l< l_1l<3 +41$ (who talk like this).

Reputation with other people is based off of small things like disagreements. Don't go whine and complain everytime you get docked.

Also I disapprove of a lot of things around here, yet you don't see me giving everyone -rep for it.

I gave you -rep because you were planning on downloading a new game, not because you can't afford it.

Nowhere in your first post, which is the post I docked you for, did you say anything about being able to afford it or not. You only said you were planning on downloading it if you could find it.

And you can give or take rep however you want. I was just saying that this wasn't a personal attack and that you were really demeaning yourself by whining about it.

I wouldn't download a good game if I could afford to buy it. I'm an RPG nut, you know that. Obviosuly I wouldn't miss this game (especially an FF game) if I had the money... now that's common sense. There's a reason why people actually do download ROMs.. and most of the time it is due to lack of funds.

But anyway.... it doesn't matter, I guess.

I personally disapprove of meaningless off topic arguments like this on my FFTA thread. But Im not -repping anyone for it. Although I should, because that is what -reps should be, stupid posts and bad behavior on the boards.

Let's just end it here. Crono's done it seems, I'm certainly done. There's no need to bring other people in it.

Although I hate when people download roms instead of buying the game, I won't be repping anyone. I can understand if you have no money. I have no money, but I already got FFTA preordered. I want Disgaea for the PS2, but I can't get it right now... I have the same problem Crono has. I got FFTA, it's only $30... Also, would you guys like to know why I hate when people download new game roms? It's the fact that when one person does it, millions of others do it and they never buy the game, they just get it for free when the developers and publishers worked their asses off to make. The more people download FFTA, the more the chances of a sequel drop.

I download roms too, I can admit, it's just I don't download a new game. That's pretty messed up. I download games like Chrono Trigger (already owned for SNES) and Bahamut Lagoon, an old SNES game which never came out in America. When a game comes out in a week, and people just beat it on a crappy slow ass emulator, that sucks. I am glad the PSP will be disks. People won't be able to download roms that easily.

It's cool, download the rom if you must, even if you don't have money, but I'll just do it the real fair way even when I don't have money.... Besides that, playing on a emulator goes slow regardless of how good your computer is, and it's not portable, and it's glitchy 50% of the time.

I don't have a lot of money to spend, hell, I won't be getting FFXi! You all must know how much that sucks, but when a games as good as a Final Fantasy Tactics Advance comes out, I have to get it...

Thanks man. I am glad I am not the only Tactics fan here.

I actually own a real copy of the non-greatest hits FFT. I remember when it was selling for like 70 on ebay. Oh well. I can't wait to have like moogles. They're magic users too. I'm gonna have a black mage moogle. That'll be cool. Real cool. Moogles rule!!!!

I saw an original non-greatest hits FFT at my local EB recently selling for $15.
