Now That Was a Party!

Wow. Yesterday was one of the best days of my life! The concert for SARS relief in Toronto (nicknamed SARS Stock) was really well put together, and the music was terrific. My friend Phil and I really partied hard, and had a great time.

The best performers, IMO, were The Guess Who and AC/DC. The Guess Who played very well, and had a certain element to them which the didn't have last time I saw them. AC/DC was just plain incredible. The guitarist was amazing, and the singer was pretty great too. They really got Toronto rockin', and I salute them!

I'll post pics later today, or tomorrow. Just depends when I get my pictures developed. My friend took one of me smoking a spliff, so we'll have to see how that one turns out!

You're lucky Joeiss, that must have been one hell of a party.

How many people was there again? 450000 ~ 500000?

Didn't Rush play too?

If so, how were they, and what did they play?

Rush played. They played pretty well, but it was nothing special, IMO. Of course, they played Tom Sawyer, Spirit of Radio and Closer to the Heart... I wasn't too sure about the other 2 or 3 songs they played, though.

most of the band did, but there are still three members that make up the band, and the music is still just as good, i forget who, but one of them split up to form Boxcar Racer, which is pretty good, too
