As of now, i'm more excited about this game than 1080 Avalanche.

1080 isn't even worth comparing to SSX... 1080 is by far the underdog. I think it will stay that way after the games are released

i have no idea what reason anyone would have the compare thoes 2. besides the fact that thier both snowboarding games..... SSX walks away with everything else.

i mean if SSX was the pro's 1080 would be a little league practice game.

Umm... That really sounds impressive! I liked SSX... but never played Tricky... But I'll definitely try this game out.

i never got tricky either.

but bout a month ago. i decided i was going to get SSX 3 and play online.... then i thought well damn, better brush up on SSX Tricky so im not behind and will have easier time with 3, so i borrowed it from a friend..

and DAMN, i wish i bought tricky. it was sooo much better then the original. but now i am ready for 3, bring it on! :)

i never played the original SSX, but tricky kicked A**, i am soooo looking foreward to this, SSX Tricky had it all: high jumps, funny voice overs, playable trick system, intriuging speed up system (although for some reason i could never pass 55 mph), and of course amazing Tricky moves

This game does look amazing. I had SSX on PS2 launch day and loved the series ever since. BIG bonus for PS2 online play too!

From the hands-on impressions and stuff, SSX 3 sounds like the best snowboarding title to date.

I'm jizzing right now just thinking about it.

I mean, 30 different types of snow. Backcountry powder freeride.

I know...I loved how you had to travel up the chairlift after each lap! Totally awsome! I was never too impressed with the SSX seires(its not bad, but I always preferred 1080's trick system a lot more)

I'll admit SSX is the better looking graphics wise of the two.
