Gather Around, It's Time to Play a Game
 

Well generally I think games go in the General forum, but since this is Game Related, I'd figured it go here, if not I guess it can be moved.


Anyhow, I'm sure many of you are familar with this game, but the rules are simple, you go through the A-B-Cs starting wiht A, then b and so on. With each letter, you write a game related character, item or game title.
To make sure this doesn't contain a bunch of one world replies, you have to tell something about the item, character or game. A short 2 sentences maybe not too long winded, and maybe an image.

So the first person starts with A....

Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies

really fun flight combat game. developed and published by Namco

Banjo Kazooie

Loads of fun for everyone with a great developer (rare) behind it. Sequal was not as good, IMO. :p

Charizard

A fire Pokémon and one of the strongest Pokémon in the game.

Devil May Cry

Stylish action game from Capcom. Dante (the lead character) kills demonish enemies in some insane ways. BADASS :devil2:

Earthbound. Appeared on the SNES, and was scheduled to hit the N64 but never did. I'm pretty sure its developed by HAL, and published by Nintendo of course. Oh... and it's an RPG.

Farfetch'd- A bird Pokémon. This Pokémon is characterized by the onion sprig it's always seen carrying.

Gamecube. Nintendo's next-gen console.

Hal Labratories.

A Nintendo second party, famous for the excellent Super Smash Bros games.

Ice Climbers
Fun NES game that is supposedly hidden in Animal Crossing. (US version :p)

Jumpman. The original name of Mario in Donkey Kong.

evil alligator guy from Donkey Kong country

Luigi.
Mario's underrated brother and main character of Luigi's Mansion.

Mankey- A primate Pokémon. Known for it's explosive temper. When provoked, it wil not stop until it's got it's offender.

Nadia- Known as the Marle, Crono's girlfriend, in Chrono Trigger.

Ozzie. A character from Chrono Trigger. He reminds me of Piccolo from DBZ... he's a wizard, and unbeatable until a certain sidequest. He serves under Magus and has 2 "sidekicks", Slash and Flea.

btw GM, can't you use something other than Pokemon next time?

PikMin-
Weird creatures from the planet which Olimario crash lands, Also the name of the game. Also come in 3 colors (red, blue and yellow).

Quagsire: A pokemon from G/S/C version. Also een in Super Smash Melee, in one of those pokeball things...

The Pokémon you would be referring to is Wobbuffet. Not Quagsire. Quagsire does not make any appearance in SSBM.

Princess of the Zoras in Ocarina of Time.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-

Comic book heros who starred in their own series of games developed by Konami in the late 80s, early 90s. Konami plans on making a new game based off of their new cartoon, due sometime this year.

Ultima(te) Weapon- The final weapon in FF7 and 9 for Cloud and Zidane. A generic term used in Final Fantasy.

Vicks

The name of one of the guards in the beginning of Final Fantasy III, the American version of Final Fantasy VI. It was changed to Biggs in the Playstation release.

Yojimbo. A secret Aeon in Final Fantasy X (PS2). He makes you pay him to do attacks in battle, although it's never worth it no matter how much you pay him.

Aladdin-

Game for the Genesis and Super Nintendo based on the Disney movie by the same name, for some odd reason even though they were released about the same time, they are different games.

B each Spikers

An arcade volleyball game on the Gamecube made by Sega. Features cute girls in bikinis.

oops... give me credit for thinking of the name. I haven't played in a couple years. Also they kind of look alike :P

Chrono Cross- My favorite game involving Serge and Kid in a cross dimensional quest.

Dante- he was the main character in Devil May Cry. One of my favorite games on the PS2 (I still need to buy it)

Everquest

Popular MMORPG. A sequel is in development.

Final Fight- A beat'em up game made for the SNES that involved... a lot of fighting :D

Easily the deepest, most fulfilling racing game I've ever played. Developed by Polyphony Digital, a development team from SCE

Halo.

One of the best First Person Shooters ever made on any console. Developed by Bungie Software and published by Microsoft.

Iifa Tree
a mystic tree from Final Fantasy 9. its roots grow all over the world, and it emits Mist which causes monsters to go crazy.

Jet Set Radio - Dreamcast

The first popular cel-shaded game that I can think of.

King of Fighters

Arguably the best fighting game series going around.
