how do u get a new rank
 

i see all these people with ranks like newbie brander how do u get a new rank i want one :mad: i should have one i can use a xbox controller for 4 hours straight and only get a tiny cramp that should be worth something man cmon. j/k i would like to know how tho ;) bye bye

those are custom ranks that you have to be a moderator to have. all the other ranks you get by the amount of posts you have.

I'm not a mod and i have one

But I got this for free before the dblins started

I had one from when I was a mod, but then I cashed in from winning one before.

I have to save 5000 doubloons for one of those custom names, oh well, got lots of time to think about it...:D

Ways to get ranks:

-Become a mod (like mine)
-Buy one with dabloons
-Win a contest offers it OR use the dbln prize that would most likely happen as money for a rank...

I got mine from winning Survivor II!

P.S.- Does anybody know when you get anohter star (post-wise)?

The stars sort of follow that, but not exactly. If gekko doesn't mind I might mess with the hack and redefine the star system to correlate with the rankings.

Had a custom rank for a couple of weeks, but that was only for being the first Survivor Juror member. It is gone now.. all gone.. I'll get one again...One day..when you are least expecting it.. I will rise from the ashes and...
