Well, I was talking to the Penguin, and I noticed that we haven't had a "Guy Above" thread in ages. Knowing this will probably be the only Guy Above thread this year, I decided to make one :p

Since I was forced to reply against my will for no apparent reason, I will try and make this as short as possible.

Real name is Geo something, I don't think it's real important. He lives in er Cuba? Mexico? Some place that isn't important either. He is in the 8th or 9th or maybe 10th grade. All I know is that he is in school.

He's Geovanni Rubio, longtime news editor at GameTavern. Let's see what I remember...it's been a while...

I saw his picture a long time ago. He wears glasses. I heard his voice, but it's probably changed since then being as it was back in the days when he was 14 or so years old (I think).

He likes Squaresoft games but disapproves of FF-X 2 ("What the hell is Square thinking?" is one thing he said to me in a chat). Thus, I'm using him as a resource for my Final Fantasy fanfic.

He sort of knows my name, and to the best of my knowledge, he's the only person on the internet who can pronounce it correctly.

And he's Catholic.

That's about it...man, I've really lost my touch.

Xantar enjoys writing long, probably boring, fanfics. (I havent took the time to read much of any of them) He is going to Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania. Hes one of the smartest people here at GT. Some people think he is gay. I think hes a really cool guy.

Jason is a big Nintendo, Cardinal and Steeler fan. Someone once said (based on his facial expression) that he had something shoved up his ass :unsure:. He thought about slapping a cheerleader's ass once or twice, but never went through with it.

Stu is the man. PS2 enthuist, who loves the Xbox as well. Stu is a hardcore Maple Leafs fan, and loves football and basketball also. He is a TANK, who likes the work out. lol. He is 6'2... and is an all around nice guy.

Broke, the most important rule of this game by posting a one sentence reply. I believe he was formally ~Vin~, I'm not too sure about that one, but eh. He also has some fixation with raccoons for some reason I have never understood, but I think it invovled a car, some radioactive waste and his new superpowers.

Don't let his post count and registered date fool you. Shiz has been here a lot longer than most people know. Under his old name and account he was banned and has since turned a new leaf. and ric.. i got my name back in grade 5 ( now in grade 10 ) 5 years ago.. when i was at laser quest( laser tag game ) and you pick a code name for yourself.. and some other guy picked mushlafa the first round and he got first place.. then i used it the next 3 games and i got first every game so i figured it was goodluck :p

He is from California, and when he first came to GT there was controversy regarding his gender (that or I totally have the wrong person). Either way he has been here for awhile, and has a cool avitar that he wanted to change once, then didn't.

Anyway, she's not just called "Dancer" as her title. She actually dances. She was born in 1985 and is probably awaiting letters from the colleges she applied to. For some reason, I remember a religious school for her. I think she goes to one. Either that or she applied to one for college.

She is a personal friend of Cyrax9. I've seen her picture. She admits that she's not as good looking as Kitana from the Mortal Kombat games, but she also would never wear a tight bathing suit affair with an opening down the center to the waist even if she did.

I think she's Catholic. Maybe she only used to be.

She's been a GameTavern member pretty much from the beginning. She was brought here by Cyrax9, after all. And she's been a moderator for as long as I can remember. Back when I was a moderator, I remember her as the one who would take any moderating job no matter how unglamorous it was. That's a team player, folks.

the person above me is Xantar, who must really like that name, no matter how many forums he stalks me at he has that same exact name. He use to be a mod here before he retired (hence his title). He now works at PVG/GameSquad as a fanfic writer. He has wrote a fanfic about Perfect Dark and Metroid and is currently working on his Zelda fanfic.

He is 18 turning 19, I believe or somewhere in that ballpark, he attends Swarthmore College in Penn. He has one younger brother, who he had the chance to drive around during his X-Mas break this year for the first time. I don't think either has fully recovered from it. He is currently in the midst of trying to find a connection for his roommate for some type of day at his school or something another. He never wans to spill the beans because he claims his roommate is close by.

He always seems to disagree with Justin on just about anything, and who could blmae him, but that's not the point. He seems to be a Nintendo fan, but doesn't own any of the 3 next-gen systems nor a GBA. He prefers to play his n64 and games like Zelda, Perfect Dark and GoldenEye. He finds it smarter and cheaper this way since he can play all the classics for a much cheaper price and since he doesn't have the time or money it takes to invest into a brand new console.

Well, I think I'm one of the few people who knows his real name, unless he's lied to me, also seen a pic of him, and he does look rather old, which is odd taking into account most of the GTers here.

He like penguins (or at least eats them) and also wrestling. And I think he also writes fanfics about mario or something.

His name is Marc. He is friends with Xantar. He owns his own site that merged with another site (I can't remember) He's been banned a number of times, but he always comes back :D He has a wife (and a kid I think). He hates newbies. He loves soccer... Yep.
