Heyyyyy i had to make this thread, and im replaying it sooooo....

in the begining under which bed do you get the heckran bone, and how do u get the shark tooth??

heckran bone is found in some guys room in i think its a restaurant or an inn, but its across from serge's house. to get the shark tooth talk to the guy in his basement in the house beside the restaurant/inn.

The fisherman dude he talks too much. :p

Anyways, the shark tooth won't do you much good except for getting mojo... which is on the pointless character in my list :p

jesus i remember the first time i played this game the story was the most confusing story ive played, on par with ff7. i eventually figured out ff7 (then forgot it) but ive never totally understood this. soooo once i get far enough or beat it we'll talk :)

Ha, Mojo was a funny character...

And there are so many pointless characters in CC...like Poshul (:mad: ), that dumb little dragon, that stupid plant with the sword, etc.

And Pierre is the gayest character I've ever seen. He's so gay that when I was playing Suikoden 3, there was this gay character, and I kept calling him Pierre.

But Chrono Cross is still my fav. game of all time, and the story is awesome. I can't until Square announces a new Chrono game (if they ever do..)

They damn well better.

have you played CT shiz? if so, CC's story might get a bit clearer, but its still confusing as hell. a word of advice, pay attention to EVERYTHING said in the game, trust me, unless you know everything you wont know anything.

yeah ive played CT. i have a few questions that i need answered :D

1) should i choose pierre, miki, or guile

2) i dont remember what the CT is, remind me :D

3) isnt there a part where you say no 3 times to kid and something happens?ahhhh helppp

1) No effect in the story at all. Pick any one. I chose Guile, by the way.
2) Chrono Trigger. Uh... that's quite a spoiler.
3)Uhm... I don't remember anything to that effect.

3) If you say no to Kid 3 times at Cape Howl, Leena and Poshul will join you. Don't worry, Kid will join later in Termina.

Guile was cool... I went for Guile but my first game i went for Pierre :-o

Bleh, why is everyone bad-mouthing Pierre? He was one of my favorite characters in the game. His attack power is rather low at first, but once you get all that Hero's armour stuff, he's very powerful.

I still hate him :p

you know you guys could just tell shiz wut the CT was and put a spoiler warning. I on the otherhand do not remember 100% exactly wut the CT is, although i do know its main purpose. check chronocross.com for all the info you need

I started playing Chrono Cross again today. It isn't as fun I remembered. But I guess that's just because I don't like RPGs much anymore.

No, I think the reason you don't like RPGs anymore is probably because you like old school RPGs like FF 3/6 and Chrono Trigger and stuff too much. Maybe you're expecting more of those.

Give him the bellflowers for free so you can get the 2nd Einlanzer. I highly recommend you do so, the 2 EInlanzers kick ass.

the brackgrounds are drawings and i think the character models are good. wuts wrong with them?

going from ffx and kingdom hearts to CC is kind of a big step

go to water dragon isle to get that thing from the Water Dragon so you can freeze the lava at Mt Pyre.

Chrono Cross had excellent graphics for it's time. The detail in the monsters were very nice, and they put the Playstation hardware to full use. But, yeah, compared to today's standards, of course it doesn't look as well as it has..

i was thinking that if you could be able to play as Garai that would kick some MAJOR ass....that guy is a ****in pimp.dario wouldnt be bad either

Yeah, Garai and Dario were pretty cool. They were also both challenging fights, although Garai was a lot easier. But to beat Dario all you needed really was a black plate, then it was easy as hell.

I beat Dario with and without the plate :p

Garai seemed more of a challenge than Dario with a black plate.
