I have no idea what Neo has cooked up. My guess would be no, but that may not be true. I have said that members should not be able to vote for each other to avoid rivalries and such ruining anothers chances at their next level. So if mods were only able to assign points, they would basically need them as much as Dblns. Not at all...

Meh, I wont tell Neo how to run things...for a few hours anyway...:D

I personally think people aren't going to take the time to "rate" people. Unless it's an enemy or something as you mentioned. Who knows though?
