Anyways, I wouldn't expect much from this new Peripheral... so... i donno

Nothing happened to it. It's not been hyped, that's all.... you can only have so many rumours.

The official date is around December, which is only a few weeks away.'



As for the peripheral, I think it must have something to do with the "Hi Speed Port" on the bottom. Maybe it's something like the Expansion pack was. Or something to upgrade online play. I don't know, nobody knows. Not to start any rumours. Bleugh.

Or maybe... maybe maybe.. uhm... hm... I don't know. Maybe a Hard Drive for the upcoming MMORPG?

I hope they announce something new about the SD Card Adapter. Otherwise, I'm beginning to think that it could be the 64DD of the GameCube. (Meaning it gets delayed and delayed, and many years later it only sees a Japanese release with little or no attention)

I think it will be something like the Expansion pack to the 64 or whatever.

Isnt it a little soon for them allready to release an expansion pack? The N64 one wasnt released for, what, 3 years or so after N64's release? For some reason I dont think this is an expansion pack. And according to PGC, the time of announcement for US Central Time would be 1:30 AM.(2:30 ET) I wont be up that late. Louie the cat says that this is not the super megaton announcement...What could this be?

I just think it's an announcement about the Platinum GameCube, Platinum Wavebird and the Emerald coloured controller.

Maybe an all new Wavebird with rumble, and only a minimal loss in battery life :D.

As long as we're rumoring, I thought i'd bring up that I heard a new Gameboy is going to be released. It'll have a built in light and some minor upgrades/improvements. Don't know if that's megatonish?

hmmm... let me guess. MAY IT BE A SYSTEM LINK FOR THE GAMECUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bet they release the LCD screen for the cube.

Or maybe it's a wireless adapter for the gba to cube.

Or maybe it's time they release component cables for the mainstream stores! >:-O

Or maybe it's a rumble chair!

Or maybe its 3D goggles for a 3D game.

Or maybe its finally a headset for the GC, and online games!

Or maybe its a keyboard for the cube.

It could be a harddrive or SD card kit.



That should about cover all my thoughts, I really think that the megaton announcement is nintendo's buying of namco, capcom and sega!!!! (ok, maybe just one of them)

How does that sell more Cubes? Will they force everyone to buy Cubes if they buy a GBA2? I doubt it. It's probably something bigger.

That's a very good idea!

However, there's only like slots for two more characters... Maybe I'm crazy but I'd be damn content with 2 extra characters.. one from KI and one being Kid Icarus or something. Also, new suits for Samus. =P

Yeah, but the update could always make the fighters' pictures smaller so more could be seen. Let's be realistic though, this is probably not the "Megaton" update. We can always dream though right? :D

yeah anyway.. back to metroid fusion... this game is so good.. lol.. its actually really creepy with that thing (not saying what it is) walking around like it owns the place... wait till im strong enough to blow it up :unsure:.. yeah anyway bye..
