I can speak English and Japanese but no Spanish.

Xantar 10-20-2002 11:54 PM

Therefore, when you speak Spanish, you don't understand your own words. That's how you are able to not understand your own words.

By the way, welcome to the forums.

yes_yes i am 10-20-2002 11:55 PM

GameMaster 10-21-2002 01:03 AM

Welcome to GameTavern. Why do you deem yourself mediocre? Is there an inside meaning or do you just have low self esteem? :D ;)

Angrist 10-21-2002 07:21 AM

Let me guess: you're 16 years old and you're a girl. :)
Welcome.

It actually has a different meaning besides being average or below average but nevermind. :p

Wow. You managed quite a logical translation out of my broken ebonics. Sorry about the accent by the way.

DarkMaster 10-21-2002 03:22 PM

Japanese, but i have 3 years of English and can speak it almost as well as i can Japanese.

Xantar 10-21-2002 04:59 PM

Hmmm...do you and Angrist know each other or something?

Anyway, since you are apparently a 16 year old girl, I would advise you not to post any pictures of yourself. And if you're on a swim team, you should probably keep that to yourself. The members here tend to get excited by that kind of thing. ;)

Ginkasa 10-21-2002 05:06 PM

It says that she's a 16 year old girl in her profile....

*shrugs and walks away*

OH HELL YES!!!

I mean...good...yes...

...

Xantar 10-21-2002 06:29 PM

What martial arts do you study? I just finished a year of Aikido and Uechi Ryu, and a long time ago, had three years of Tae Kwon Do experience.

And calm down, Jason1. I've seen lots of girls in martal arts dojos, and it's noth really anything to get excited over. They wear too much.

Don't mind Jason... I think he's had a bit too much to drink...

Jason1 10-21-2002 07:07 PM

We forgot to ask the most obvious question of all...

Have you met Ryo from Shenmue?

And have you ever seen Godzillia?

Lmao, ya I learned that the hard way, and also about me playing the flute, as DeathsHand said. Welcom to Game Tavern Mediocre.
Have a good time here.

Mediocre 10-21-2002 11:02 PM

Im my compeditive martial arts history i have had 113 wins 7 draws and 22 losses. I can whipe the floor with someone twice my size in less than a minute if there not trained in the arts (aka my father).

GameMaster 10-21-2002 11:06 PM

That's what the guy with the sword said to Indiana Jones :D

;)

I guess your right

Xantar 10-22-2002 12:45 AM

I don't do any competitive martial arts...Uechi Ryu is more of a street martial art. And Aikido is too defensive.

But if you're decent at all in the martial arts, it's not really that hard to beat up people who don't know martial arts no matter what their size. If you're an Aikido student, in fact, it's an advantage to be smaller.
