So far its greatly reminding me of zelda. Heart system at the top. get hurt it takes a bit of the heart away.

no jumping. so far i dont even have a weapon. well at the start when i was flying that teridactal it had a weap. hehe. i liked that flying part.


Anywho. not very far yet. just got home from work and started playing. Havent seen or heard mention of anything from Starfox in it yet tho. Im controlling that blue girl fox.

Theres dialog in it. which i didnt know. Altho so far its all in its own language. so you still have to read to see what they say. heh.


But im liking it so far. back to playing i go.

I'm a bit farther than you are, or at least were when you wrote it... Anyway... I'm stuck already :D I'll figure it out....

you should be able to change the lingo inthe main menu... i think it defaultson french...darn canadians.

Does anyone know what gift the WarpStone (big stone guy) is wanting? I've looked everywhere (except where I'm supposed to look of course) and I can't find anything that I can give him. What am I supposed to do? :confused:

so out of 10, wut would you guys give it so far? i want to buy it but i dont got any money left after Kingdom Hearts. was it worth the money (please keep in mind i have to pay like $80 cuz i live in canada)

9/10. Definetly worth the money. I've played around 5:00 hours and around 25% into the game, so the 20 hours thing seems to be true. I just got to the first boss and beat it. Pretty good fight :D


If you have the money, buy it. If you don't have the money, save the money so you have enough to buy it.

I'm looking for the healing mushroom for the queen. I'll get it though. Just got to ge tot the "ancient well" Is that the "cheat" well?

I got the game and a wave bird controler so i can play from my bunked bed, but i still haven't played it yet.

Well... It's not the maze under the WarpStone if that's what you're asking... It's big circler thing to the right of the store... Near the magic plants...

One of the funniest PA comics was SHUT UP! about StarCraft: Ghost and PC Fanboys and Console fanboys. rofl

I have played a little bit. Story is stupid as hell. Graphics are nice, aside from Fox's fur which is still the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Game is also boring as hell.

No surprise here.

As for SFA, the game rules. I am loving every minute of it!

I have SFA too and the game does rule. Rare's last gift to Gamecube is greatly appreciated by me

Yeah, just noticed it. Sorry. I am about 41% done with the game I personally think it's great.

I'm 65% through and I think the game is awesome and very fun, but kind of easy and there is too much help. But since nintendo does aim towards kids they probably want kids to be able to play it too. The story does kind of suck. But other than it is great.

Well I beat it at like 1 oclock today I didn't go to school im addicted 0.0

Well if you think the story sucks now it gets better towards the end .... then somehow if you read down in the spoiler it all falls apart and makes you happy that rare left nintendo.

The last krozoa spirit is in general scales then a mysterious voice tells him to give it to you then he dies 0.0

Then you free krystal and he says wait i thought you said this would save her!!! Then the crytal blows up and you save krystal by letting her hold onto your staff (it isnt anything dirty i mean his staff that shoots stuff 0.0 o you know what I mean...)

Then the krozoas head comes off and laughs and says hes the krozoa god and says to bow down then krystal uselessly shoots him and he flys thru a ortal and you chase him in the arwing.

Then the face turns around and its ANDROSS ....... 0.0 thats the really gay part i want to shoot whoever had that idea.

So you shoot the face up then it turns around the you shoot andross's hands. Then falco comes and shoots andross and gives you a bomb and then you take it and shoot it in his mouth when he tries to eat you. Then his brain shows and you shoot it then you kill him fairly easy.

Then krystal comes and thanx fox and fox gets all shy and then falco comes back to the team (yes.. it really is that gay)

I suggest you not beat this game and leave it at that.....

i was a little disapointed in the game, i expected so much more from it. Hopefully Metroid Prime and Metroid Fusion wont let me down

I really like SFA, it has awsome graphics, an intruiging sounds track some great plot. I give it a 9.3/10

Metroid Fusion will be so cool... :D I have faith in Metroid Prime. :)

I liked the ending. I was glad that I got to beat the final boss in the Arwing, and the only reason I think that andross reappeared was because he had already died.

If we were playing UT I'd call you an arwing whore, but were not so I'll just call you insane person who is easy to please I mean come on the whole game is set up to some mythical plot then you get a 2 minute arwing fight against a floating ugly monkey head and you shoot his hands. Then his brain.

Then fox Likes this blue fox and they say some corny stuff.

If i learned anything from this game its to take out your arch enemy aim for his (head) oh my bad I mean his hands yes his hands he will die fast this way then while he's immobile shoot bombs at his head. (This has come in handy when fighting my arch enemy I've used this techniche about 50 times try it out yourself!!)

Well of course it was stupid, and so is Andross, but I like games like Star Wars RS2RL where you use a ship to do missions, and I thought it was cool that I got to beat the final boss that way.

Star Fox ruled, definitely a 9.5/10.

Well, I just beat the game and I would give it a 8.6/10. I think Mario Sunshine is a better game but at least this game had some plot in it. I mean, the Falco part was really cool (I liked it). I was also suprised that it was Andross...

But the bad features:

Once you go to Krazoa Shrine, for the last time, you won't be able to return to any previous places.

Also, there was soooooo much more to do in Zelda. I mean, this game had some cool stuff like ice blast, fire blast, super quake... But if you look at it like this, Zelda had a hookshot, boomerang, fire/ice wand, enhanced swords, potions for life/magic recovery, bombs that you can actually attack enemies with, bows and arrows, more challenging phases, way more replay value, more cooler enemies, better battle system, an ocarina you can play with, and last of all... WAY MORE SECRETS!

SFA was a good game, but I still think Rare could have put more effort into it. I mean, thje game is great and they did work on it for a very long time and all, but, there were many things they could have added to the game.

Now that I see how short the game actually was I've been asking myself "why did they delay it so many times?"

My best guess is that Rare tryed to improve a few things...

And what ever happened to the 2 CD's and 80+ hours of gameplay!?

thats always bull****... :( remember ED sappose to be 40 hours? not eaven close to that.....

and RE was suppose to be like 10-20 hours, hahahaha
