All the problems with buying a cube before something like this happens. Oh well...at least I get mario sooner.

Yeah! If they would have released that color at launch I wouldn't have a Black cube (not that it's not cool). I remember that was the one I liked the most. The silver one.:(

I heard the Spice one is s'pposed to com out, too. It wouldn't make sense for Nintendo to send out the controller and not a base system along with it...

Platinum was announce, Spice was not.

Did the spice system come out in Japan?

Spice system has been out in Japan as long as the US system has been out in the US.

Do you think they'll also mkae "Platinum" accessories, like Controllers? It'd be might disapointing to drop some good Ca$h on my pre-ordered Platinum 'cube and not have matching Controllers except the one in the box.
