My dog (in the attachments) is a Shih Tzu named Candy (my mom decided on the name.. this earned Candy the title of "Stripper Dog"). She's about 9 years old and we've had her since she was a few months old :)

My dog died this year. :confused: So right now I am petless, minus some stupid fish we have at my house. I'm really pulling to go adopt a cat from the humane society, cats are the most adorable creatures on this planet. When I move into my own apartment that is big enough, I plan on getting a cat and a dog.

While I like dogs more, I've had plenty of good cats at my house. I'm probably getting a cat for my apartment this fall... mostly to prevent any mouse problem. lol

My house used to be a zoo back when I was in elementary school.
Now we just have one nameless cat.



My brother calls him Nero.
But the cat doesn't like him.
Kitty likes me.
Mreow.

I'll take a nice, non-violent cat over a dog any day of the week...

Those photos don't represent her personality. She is probably the most bipolar cat I have ever met. She goes from loving to hate-filled-scratching in a matter of a second, and more often than not is in scratching mode.

Anyone own a pembroke welsh corgi? That's possibly my favorite breed. :D

Sounds like one of mine, except she only has three legs and thus gets cripple pity, which only makes it hurt more when she scratches your face off....

Great little dog...who thinks she's a big dog...picking fights with pittbulls and the like.

The only thing is she fell down the stairs a few times as a puppy and became too traumatized to even attempt to go down them anymore so someone has to always carry her down. She's also getting old and having trouble getting up the stairs now too. Need to install an escalator for her.

They're great on level ground though and will try to herd you. If you're in an area where you don't have to worry about cars you'd be perfectly fine with one off the leash. Won't ever let you out of their line of vision. And if more than one of their family is out walking will try to keep the two together. So basically you're their flock of sheep.

Bubbles, the half Maltese / half Yorkie. Her brother was completely dark and her sister was a mix of both yorkie colours, and Bubbles got all white.

She's.. really hyper. Hard to get a picture of, hahaha.

A picture I took yesterday of one of our cats.

Her name is Squash, she is probably around 14 years old. We don't know, because we took her in when she was a homeless cat, eating the food of our other cats.
She's really cute, but seems to be in pain when you pick her up in a not carefull way. Because she's pretty old, she has trouble with jumping on stuff.

Maybe I'll post our other pets later. Or at least the cats. I'm not too fond of the dog, the guinea pigs and the parakeets. Well, the dog is ok.

White lab that was actually found at the pound. He's about 80lbs now, still really energetic, but is obedient enough. Still tries to knock me down to the ground every time I see him
