Your Cellphone
 

This is just something that came up while talking with Dyne about something. And since wanted to see my phone figured would just double dip with the pictures.

As it is only fitting for me, my phone is called the enV. At this point, pretty old phone seeing how it has a sequel but I still like it. Other than its sheer bulk.


Like most phones these days it opens up and has a mini-keyboard for easy internet surfing and txting. Both of which, I don't do often. :lol:

Mine's just a crappy old Nokia 3220. Works fine for what I need it for.

BlackBerry Pearl. It's great for fast internet surfing when I need it on the go and texting, which I do all the time.

A friend of mind gave me this phone because she felt bad for me after seeing the phone I was using at the time. I added the poison control sticker and covered it in glow-in-the-dark nail polish. Jealous?

Here's mine, it's a Samsung 950 or something.. not too special, I don't use the MP3 player on it because I have an ipod and I'm not worried about internet things on it because I hate using the internet on things that aren't a computer :p

A Nokia N73 Music Edition. I bought the ME just because it was black. And maybe I'd listen to music. Then I went and bought an iPod Touch. Then everyone asked me why I didn't buy an iPhone.

Verizon puts a proprietary user interface on all their phones. It works better with some than others (yours seemed alright), but when I had a RAZR, and compared it to someone else's who had Verizon, the difference was noticeable. Their menus loaded really slow, and the middle navigation button was completely absent, making moving through shit a chore

this is balanced out by great network service in this area, but really, the price difference is key. in a world where price was not an issue, I would go with AT&T for having good service and still not fucking with the native UIs on the phones they sell

you could get an unlocked one on eBay. it would probably end up being cheaper given how bad the AT&T iPhone contracts are

I kinda want an iPhone, but I don't think it would be practical and the gimmick would wear off after a week.

However, I'm interested in getting an iTouch.

I just want one because I hate my cell phone right now and I hate my fucked up ipod video... just having one thing that combines both would be ace.
