Mafianic 815 Round 6: The Man Behind the Curtain

Locke went crazy today. Well...crazier. He went on a big long rant about how the island was special and that we were all meant to come here and that he'd found some sort of hatch. Well I guess people had had enough of ol Johnny Locke cause pretty soon someone had thrown a punch at him. Locke fought back and pulled out one of his trusty knives. In an attempt to restrain him, Michael tackled him to the ground and accidentally cracked Locke's spine, paralyzing him. Locke looked down at his feet and realized he couldn't move. He slit his own throat. I guess maybe we're better off without him.

-----

We lost another person today. Sayid the Iraqi was abducted. We don't know where or when but they took him off into the jungle and I doubt we'll ever be seeing him again.

-----

We got him! We got one of the people who have abducting us!

He was this skulky dude who had been hanging around. Went by the name of Henry Gale. Sayid was telling Jack and Sawyer he was suspicious of him but htey didn't listen soon enough. Apparently, they caught him talking with some guy we'd never seen before who was wearing an eye patch. The eye patch guy got away but we caught the shrimpy dude. Jack and Sawyer took turns wailing on him and I guess Henry mocked them or something because Sawyer shot him in the face.

I think everyone has stopped worrying about rescue. We're just worried about staying alive here.

Sorry about pnly having one post last round. Busy weekend. I've noticed James is utterly quiet... suspicious... and its time to weed out those that are quiet.

Well, Bond is obviously someone we can trust. At least I finally know who NOT to vote for.

What the..?! I always voted and posted, and made a miscalculation time-wise, and missed the last round. I had 2 very busy days, a little too much to drink, ended up not sleeping for 30 hours and found myself in the middle of the street at 5 am with my friends. I don't think it should be "or else", as it was my first time missing a round.

Anyway, manasecret seemed to have a lot of theories, and probably tried to lead us away from himself. At least, that's what I think. I've been thinking about this for some time, and this is the reason I !vote manasecret. I'll probably be back before the deadline. I'll make those 2 (or more) posts. :)

Yeah, but if you look back, no one listened to my theories about Fox 6 and BaB at the time, and I officially exonerated them by the time they got voted off. I have since never voted for anyone that was a Survivor when they were voted off.

I think we're through the looking glass here on another, however.

I !vote Dyne.

Are you joking?

Honestly, you apologize for being inactive and then immediately call someone suspicious for being inactive.

That said, sorry for not being here, I've been away all weekend.

Anyway, I'm going to have to vote for Professor S. If I didn't show up right now, I would have died this round anyway. What is the logic in that? There is none! That sends up a red flag in my book.

Time to play catch up, see you guys in a few minutes.

edit: oh, it turns out this round is extended. huh.

Dyne 06-09-2008 01:27 PM

Re: Mafianic 815 Round 6: The Man Behind the Curtain

Ohh man. I just want to see the backlash that happens when I'm voted off. You realize we're all on thin ice if a survivor is voted off again, right?

I thought I've been straightforward and honest with you all, but if you're going to stab me in the back then I don't want any part of this game. !vote Dyne.

So if I'm not wrong, the tally is now:

Dyne: 6
James: 1
Manasecret: 1
Professor S: 1

Touchy touchy, or just a play?

If you are truly insulted, just remember it's nothing personal, just part of the game.

No, just trying to be dramatic like the rest of you for once. :lolz:

Come tomorrow the people that voted me are going to realize the mistake they made, and I find that quite funny. I voted myself to show you how sure I am that you'll all be eating your hats. (Minus the obvious Others cluster-fuck-voting me.)

Well played, my friend... but I see through your ruse. When you see Jacob, tell him I say "Hi"...

That's what I'm trying to say: What ruse? :lolz: All I've done is make funny comments and random votes.

Through my self-sacrifice, I hope it's obvious who the Others are now. That is, if the game doesn't end next round because two more survivors are out.

I've seen people "give up" and vote for themselves before, especially when they're bad, because people look at them and think "maybe they really aren't evil." I guess we'll see next round.

That's kind of the problem. There's no way to tell if you're honest or lying.

It's like that "one guy always tells the truth, one guy always lies" situation.
