So excited it can only disappoint?? That's what I fear. My brother asked me: "Why would they chance a 4th movie? The trilogy is nearly perfect, they could ruin that if this movie disappoints." He has a point, but I guess it's all about the money.

I would say that if It was a different director or it wasnt Harrison Ford. But luckily we have Spielberg and Ford in it. Honestly I dont see this dissapointing.

I know I'm in the minority when I say that I've never seen an Indiana Jones movie...Weird I guess...

Though this is coming from someone who hadn't seen the Goonies or Back to the Future as of 6 months ago.. I guess I'm still catching up. Still haven't seen any Terminators.

I watch a lot of movies, I just somehow missed these during my childhood. It wasn't until the three Star Wars episodes IV, V, and VI were re-released in the theaters 10 years ago or whatever when I saw those for the first time too.

I think the problem was that I skipped a certain generation of movies. I had a lot of older friends as a kid so I was watching movies like "Kids" and "A Clockwork Orange" when I was 10 or 11 instead some other more age-friendly movies. It's probably why I'm into ultra-violence and teenagers getting AIDS.

Shia LaBeouf is a huge miscast for this movie. I don't care if I so happen to like this film, I just see his personality as a distraction to the Indy character. I guess they had to find a crazy character to fill the shoes of Sean Connery. I miss that little kid that was in the original Indiana Jones films.

Technically Indiana Jones isn't a trilogy...(leaving Back to the Future as the best trilogy in movie history, screw you Star Wars)...but I still hope they don't botch this movie.

Nah, LOTR is the best trilogy obviously, though BTTF is a good one, too.

TLotR cannot be the best trilogy for the fact alone that it is a book adaptation.

We'll just have to see how they worked out Shia's character. I liked him in Holes and Transformers. Oh that reminds me, I want to see Disturbia.

Indy 2 didn't have that formula and it was still ok. Not as classic as the others of course. Kicking Nazi ass is better than kicking diabolic Indian ass.
