I was hoping this thread was going to actually show the top 10 songs of all time, not our opinions of what they are.

Of course it's an opinion. Even if TIME magazine made a list it would still be someone's opinion, or a group's opinion. The only way they could list it without having an opinion is by measuring the sales, or # of requests, but even then you can't really proove which is the best.
