Where did your screen name come from?

the 'Perfect' came from a little game I was playing at the time called Perfect Dark. As for STU, I just think it's a funny name and (I bet nobody has noticed this) S-T-U are consecutive letters in the alphabet. So it's unique too.

From the movie Happy Gilmore-- the golfer Shooter McGavin.. I took the name Shooter.

I did not take my name from a porn RPG. :mad:

It's completely made up although it seems to show up as other people's user names every once in a while.

I made it using a Sindarin (Tolkien language) wordlist. Anga = iron and ris = to cleave. Angrist = iron cleaver.

Later I noticed Tolkien already used that name for a knife that could cleave iron. I stuck with it anyway.
Gonna change my name someday to something completely unique, probably a Sindarin/Quenya translation of my real name. :)

Well, it all started when I was signing up for AIM. I used Yoda because my nickname is Yoda. Then I tried a couple number combinations, but none of them worked, I tried like 4 times. Then I got frustrated a mashed the number pad and I came up with 9864. I've used it for every screenname I've ever had since.

dunadan is one of aragorn's other names he goes by in lord of the rings.

my nickname is Jumbo Shrimp, so i shortened it to jshrimp just cuz it was easier. i added the 3 so the end of my name would be mp3. jshrimp3. i like music.

My name comes from the director, Ridley Scott :sneaky:. Okay okay, it comes from the leader of the Space Pirates, Ridley, in the game Metroid (like most people didn't know that anyways :p). Actually when I was trying to come up with a name, I thought about using Kraid, but in the end I chose Ridley because I thought he looked cooler and I found an avatar of him which I really liked.

Well, the way i came about name wasn't quite as imaginative or creative as some others. It's simply my initials, Chris.Harris. Plus it's simple, so i've stuck to it.

the first time i used it was when i signed up for battle.net when starcraft came out...

i used to live in a neighborhood that could be considered ghetto.. and my house... looked really ghetto from the outside.. but we spent so much time while i was young renovating it.. that inside it looked like amazing.. basically.. ghettodude just meant dude from the ghetto.... and it was kinda like... a hidden meaning.. cuz in starcraft one of my main strategies was to abandon my first base... make another one on another side of the map... and let the people attack it... but try to defend it for at least 10 minutes or so while i build up my other base.. gain units.. and had a friend of mine build up units and we could counter right about the time they thought they were finishing me off... i was a decoy.. pretty much.. and my lifestyle was a decoy.. in my old neighborhood... so yea.

Well...I just thought of a name, cause Im no good at making interesting ones. But at ndose, I wanted Gameking, but that was taken by someone who never posted. So I did, GameKing, that was the one I had before I posted like 50 post. Then I forgot my password somehow...I dont remember. So I ended up with GameKinG, which in short is GKG.

Well my name came from a bunch of things...
1.) my BAD spelling of what was Andromeda
2.) In Greek mythology, Andromeda was the wife of Perseus (for you that don't know I'm Greek)
3.) It's a star or constellation I can't remember
4.) last but not least a really good show on Sci-Fi :)

i was signing up for gt, and i couldn't think of a name, and my brother was like "how about marionette. b/cc its that new thing and no one knows what it is yet" so i was like "uh ok.." and that's it. as for my screen name, tmuswim17, tmu=innitials...swim=i'm a swimmer (d'uh)..17 is just numbers

GT name : Joeiss. My friends called me this in grade school. And the still do (only the people from me elementary school).

AIM name : JoeissShally : Joeiss for the people at GT... and Shally for my other friends in high school. Shally is just a little name from my full last name.

I didn't even make it up. I'm just using my real name. :/

Quiet was a self analisis of how I was and still am on the boards. It was all the way back during the first months of nintendodolphin.net and nintendodolphin.com. It was the first board I joined after I followed it's topics for almost a month, and since I didn't talk before, and I knew I'll talk less often than most posters I called myself "quiet"

Well I think I said this before but my name is the nickname that my friends and I use to call a guy called a Adrian. So I just use it so i don't forget him ( not that I could he was funny as hell ) and sorta outta respect.

Well one day like 4 years ago i was at a birthday party at laser quest with a bunch of friends and one of the friends just made a word up and that word was Mushlafa........ that game he did really good i think he got first place. Next game he went with a different name and i used Mushlafa for the next 2 games and got first place both games. So i guess it just use it cause it gave me good luck once.

Blackmane is a character in Warhammer 40000 that I used constantly. The name just kinda stuck with me cause, well, its cool.

I think you should change it back to HollyWood. He is the new WWF Undisputed Champion. I think you need an avatar of him to honor his last reign on the top of the mountain,
