Nintendogs = Holy $#!T
 

For those who dont know, Nintendogs demo units are now at all major retailers. I played it for the first time today. What a cool game. It's just charming. This is the absolute must buy that Nintendo DS fans have been waiting for. Replay value is going to be huge.

As corny as it sounds, it actually in a way feels like a real pet. It's cool, the dog even gets pissed when you poke him in the face. Too cool, can't wait for another 10 days!!!

I don't think I will be. I long for another game like Pokemon Red. Ah, what a game that was when it came out - nigh impossible to find that christmas season, huge replay value, and millions upon millions of merchandise spanned - now that's a hell of a game.

Nintendogs will never be the next Pokemon but it will be quite redeeming for DS owners.

I played it today. This girl @ work had it like 2 months ago from Japan. She brings her DS with her everywhere and this is the type of stuff I like about Nintendo's games. It's just so fun.....

I blew bubbles at my dog by blowing on the touch screen. Also it has voice recognition.

I'm gonna get this game for sure....sorta like Tamagochi, but MUCH more interactive.

Yea, me and my brother will be getting it. Definatley the Dachsaunds version. I used to have a Dachsaund. Awsome dogs.

What's so popular about the Daschund version. At EB they said that's the only one people are preordering.

I saw some 17-year-old kid with his mom preordering it.

when i went, the lady at the store was all:

"you should preorder it because it'll probably be all sold out everywhere and you wont be able to get the version you want because all the little kids want it so much. You have to buy all copies to collect all the dogs!"

1. you dont have to buy all copies to get all dogs, nintendo said so

2. back up with all the preorder this and preorder that dammit, I just wanna look. It's not like i've never purchased a game before!

3. They will not sell out of this game

4. Dont insult me by saying all the little kids are going to buy it all up. I'm 24 years old dammit, and I want the game.

I hate gamestores these days... bring back the non-retarded game stores

I have it. Its pretty good so far. Havent gotten enough playtime in on it yet but still good so far

Mona, my rust colored Miniature Dachshund currently has learned sit, lay down, beg, shake your booty, shake, roll over, play dead, jump, and chase your tail.

I'm personally fascinated with the secret floating around that you can unlock Dalmation puppies if your dog finds a Fireman's hat on a walk.

I'm totally addicted. I play it at work (Gamestop) all the time, and people just think I'm the coolest guy ever as I'm throwing frisbee's for my dog and petting it while showing them games.

I bought it last week. I haven't gotten to play it yet, as my girlfriend stole my DS so that she could play it. She absolutely loves it, though.
