According to engadget.com and their sources this is actually it. Don't really see the point of it being concave but tis nice. Looks like it can stand upright like PS2...think would look a lot nicer that way.

Looks like a receiver for wireless controller/remote. The physical ports are probably hidden behind that flip panel at the bottom...

Looks good, I like the silver color better than the black.

The pics that Crash posted looks like there is a 40 GB removable hard drive on the side.

I like the concave look, it makes it just a tad more interesting.

Seriously, though. The thing has 40GB, apparently. Microsoft could use the Flash Card technology.

at least one model has a 40gig hd. the other picture makes it look like a different lid for without the hd version.

i really like that design, simple. clean, nice looking, i'd prefer more flat around the edges tho ontop and bottom to let it stack easier, but i dont think i'd want to put anything ontop of it anyway.

The console seems like it would fit in perfectly with a persons/familys entertainment system which is what Microsoft is making the xbox 360 into.

It's concave look makes it seem like this Xbox is trying hard to keep it from being a large machine, like the current Xbox. But it does look a lot more realistic then many pictures that have been posted.

I like the silver grayish color better than the black and green. Interesting...

I agree. It's apparent smaller size won't overwhelm any entertainment center and it's slick design will either complement the area it's placed or at least not clash with it. I like it a lot.

The gigantic power button reminds me of HAL. If it starts talking to me and planning my demise I'd start to worry.

i dont think thats actually that big of a button. only the center part inside the green circle would be the button. the outter part is just an indentation.

Still pretty big though. I can imagine people (at least the people I know) trying to turn it off by throwing objects at the power button.

Personally, I think it looks good other than the concave, which I'm not a huge fan of. Maybe they did it so it wouldn't just look like a fat DVD player.

You know you're right. I didn't realize how small the system really is. Took the pic as life-sized but going by the tray size it really is tiny (well, compared to Xbox).

wheres the reset button on PS2? a quick push resets, a push and hold for a second turns off.
