FYI, GNOME 2.2 is out.

Amongst various improvements to Nautilus and Metacity and new GTK extensions, it also supports transparent panels and scalable vector graphics realy quite nicely.

ahhh!!! i couldnt get gnome 2.0 working before....

so i went out and bought SuSE 8.1 cuz it came with it.


now 2.2 comes out... I WANT!!!! *starts downloading*


i know much more then i did before 8.1, i think i can handle installing it this time. :D

its resolution is still a bit small. but i dont want it for the BG, want it to create a background using it. so it should work good in that size.
