Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!
Everybody always says the atmosphere is better in their towns. at least the big hockey cities.
as for loudest crowd. prolly just the accustics in the arena are better. lol :p |
Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!
For the loudest boos, come on down to Philly. I assure you if Esche lets in some bad goals early, you'll hear them. Or at least they'll be chanting for Burke or Nitymaki.

Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!
Naw, if you want the loudeat boos, just go to the arena (other than GM place) that Bertuzzi plays in... He even got Booed at the All-Star game.....i mean come on. And no i assure you, we are louder.......heh.....but i agree, Philly would be the loudest for Boos. But hte quietest i would have to say is Edmonton. I went to a game there once, and we few Canuck fans were louder that the home team...saaaad....

Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!
The only reason he got booed at the All Star game was because it was in Minesota...
And Null, the overall atmosphere in our cities are known to almost everybody. And everbody knows Toronto is the hockey Capital of the world, and apparently Detroit is "Hockeytown." By the way, do they still have that on the Centre Ice logo? |

im not saying which is better. i am not saying detroit is better if thats what your implying, im just saying most canadian teams would argue that theirs is best, and theres a few american cities that could hold thier own in that argument. its hard to know what others are like when you dont live in them. And yea. i do believe we have that logo at center ice. i cant say 100% sure because i get so used to that logo it doesnt stand out as much an i dont notice it.. But for that reason i do believe id notice if it was missing. at least i'd hop e so. lol |

This is terrible...Desjardins knocked himself out of the playoffs by playing catch with his son. Like we haven't had enough injuries already...I think Desjardins played like 3 games after his first injury, anyway, this is weak. |

My brain contains 43347 categories, but not one that matches your last input. Are you really a ""? And terrible is id1777465This. How old are you? Perhaps. Interesting comparison.Since when? Are they exactly the same? |
Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!

lol, thats pretty funny. sucks, but if he hurt it that easily, it prolly would have happened anyway in the first few games. |
Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!
Playoffs start tonight! And I have like no homework too... I can't wait to watch Detroit vs. Nashville at 7pm!
And Typhoid, I had a tough time trying to get a point out of that paragraph you wrote... Can you say it again please? |
Re: Here comes the NHL Playoffs!
dood. how great would it be if both detroit and toronto could make it to the finals.
Championship game between neighbors. omg it would be fun. media would be having little wars with each other across the border. Michgan side could put up redwing flags and canadian side could put up leafs ones. oohhhh man. that is a dream finals right there. arguably the 2 most popular teams for each country. the classic red vs blue, plus it would be quite a rattings grabber for the NHL. just been thinking about it cuz a couple news papers i've been reading have predicted a detroit toronto final. hehe |
