Crappy game on the N64 based on the series...probably sucked.

Yoshi
A cute dinosaur from the Mario series that was introduced in Super MArio World on the SNES. He is a nice novelty in SMS, but IMO pretty useless, he can't even swim.

Tiny little blue creatures, who set out on a 'logical' journey to find a new home, Zoombiniton. Along with Spelunx, the peak of the edutainment sub-genre.

Link's sister in Wind Waker. She gets captured at the start of the game and Link goes out to rescue her.

Bomberman

SNES/Saturn legend, master of the multiplayer, king of pyrotechnics. An action/puzzle series, Bomberman has yet to return to the dizzying heights of his Saturn incarnations, but if Hudsonsoft continue with the traditional 2D view, it's only a matter of time....

An awesome, underappericaited 2d side scrolling shooter by squaresoft for the psx.

Frog

quite possibly the greatest video game character of all time. He was a knight turned into a frog/human by Magus the sorcerer in Chrono Trigger.

Grandia

One of the most underrated RPG's ever. It was origionally the saturn counter to FFVII, but it eventually made it's way to the US on the PSX.
