I do agree though. Canucks are facing elimination. They'll be flying out of the gate...and unless Calgary gets some lucky bounces they won't be able to handle van.

BEST LEAFS GAME EVER!

I just got back from the ACC...it was the best Leafs game ever for a number of reasons:

-I went with a ladyfriend ( :stud: ) and it is her 19th birthday
-The crowd was insane
-We got the shutout, and two 3rd period goals.

no i missed most the first. most the the 2nd i saw they were quiet.

However i was watching ESPN, perhaps they had ice sound turned down lower then the canadian channel did.

ESPN tends to do that. Hockey Night in Canada always has like the loudest ice sound.

and the 2nd period was definately the quietest.

Us... we're screwed in almost every senario if wings are to make it to the end...
Calgary wins.... 10:30 PM games
Vancouver wins, well we get an ok 8:00 games against colarado.
However, IF wings beat colarado, then They'd play either San Jose or Vancouver, and damnit. 10:30 PM games again...


I HATE 10:30 PM GAMES!!!!!!!!! :mad: NHL needs to add one more team somewhere in west so Detroit would get bumped into the East where they belong.

Hahaha..that cracked me up. You should complain to the NHL about that. Another thing I hate about the NHL is the team in the cities that don't deserve a hockey team. Nashville, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Raleigh, Columbus, and there may be a few others. They should make a hockey team in Seattle, or in other places up north, and I wish that there was still a team in Hartford, CT, because that's where I was born. I guess that's a small city though.

And yes... I believe we moved right after the 93 season if I am not mistaken... Stupid LA Kings had to beat us... There could have been one last Leafs vs. Habs Cup finals.. but No! lol

Actually Toronto moved to East somewhere between 1996 and 1999, Thier last western conf playoff game was a game 7 loss to St. Louis in the First round of 1996

Wasnt Aulds fault, The Canucks got too comfortable when they were up 4-0 and they felt safe, started to ease back a bit and BOOM, tie game. Thats why i get scared when get they get that high that early in the game.

was a great game tho, very fun to watch.

Damn, I forgot to post. Yep, it's great that the Flyers beat the Devils. Part of me asks whether they could have done it if Scott Stevens was there, but it doesn't matter, because he wasn't, and the Flyers have advanced.
