I've had major problems with accessing my "Contacts" menu and the "Invite a Friend to Join Gmail" menu.

I just found out that if this happens you need to always login to gmail through their secure server at:

https://gmail.google.com/

it won't let me access my account, it says my java script must accept cookies....now i know my browser is, but how do i make my java script accept them as well?
