While on about goalie changes and getting a better goalie in for the starter going out....

i believe legacy is out now and Cujo is in for detroit. He played the rest of the 3rd in the 3-0 loss. Which quite frankly the wings deserved that loss for the way they played. They have no desire out there at all. They're playin like a bunch of old men having tea time.

i mean i'd prolly be more happy if it was just the goalie stopping the wings like last year with the ducks. But preds goalie barely has to do squat. he has a lot of saves on paper. but in game thoes shots are like a father playin catch with his son. they have no speed on them AT ALL, and can be seen clearly the whole way.

Wings keep playin like this, then they deserve to lose. just horrible.

media will have a few things to say.

Crowd at the game will be normal. unless they lose the lead in the first, or play badly. Then the whole stadium will be all over them.

in i think it was 2002, When they were down 2 games to 0 against Vancouver.... The crowd was chanting 'shoot the puck' over and over and over.

Wings eventually got it beat into them to shoot more. lol. but yea. If it wakes em up They will be VERY dangerous the rest of the playoffs. Wings have a lot of trouble in the first round getting pumped up for it.

The whole city itself with the fans it doesnt ever even feel like playoff time untill round 2 starts. sometimes tho thats too late.

The wings better not lose to Nashville....that would mean that they choked in the first round against fluke teams. the Canucks played the most horrible game tonight, And Crawford pulled Hedberg with 4 mins left. Reminded me of the '94 playoffs when that happened.....and i think me, dylflon and Bouncer especially know what happened that year.....oh, and look here, who did the Canucks play first round then too? Hmmmm......interesting.......And im changng my mind.....Canucks in 6 :D

Actually, he first tried to pull Hedburg with 6 minutes and something left. Didn't work so he did it about 30 seconds later.

And I'm actually not worried at all about the series. Yesterday's game is going to really wake the canucks up. When the canucks are playing with full force the flames just won't be able to match them.

it will be good luck tomorrow....cuz im goin to the game, so far every game ive been to ever, they have won. But im also pullin for Nashville, up until the Conference final where the Canucks will beat them

I have nothing against Detroit, i just want Nasville to go far 'cuz it would be funny. Think about it...Becaus or who theyre playing, its their first year, and its Nashville!!! how can you not smile when you think of the fact that they will win the cup?

I just want Nash. to do good 'cuz its their first year in the playoffs. I have nothing against Det. .....Although they have had their share of cups, so you'd think the fans would become jaded after a while.

Well, I'd much rather have the Nucks face Detroit later on in the playoffs then face nashville. It would be a harder series but it would also be more entertaining. And if the canucks did play detroit later on and managed to win the series...that would be a much bigger accomplishment then beating the predators.

I'd also be able to rub it in on Null.

exactly. would be more interesting conversations then beating a team some have never heard of.

same for us. we got nothing to gloat over if we beat preds. we have to wait till a team comes along like vancouver or colorado to beat to get some bragging for this year.

Esche is a beast! Shut out in game four. Flyers won 3-0, and now the series is 3-1, Flyers. Woohoo..I'm not going to jinx it, but it would be crazy if the Flyers were to beat the Devils in the first round. Great performance by Esche though, and did anyone see that goal by Primeau? I'm very pleased with the Flyers right now. :)

And the Leafs just plain sucked tonight. Belfour started off great, but he just couldn't see anything when Chara was standing in front, lol.

Hey, guess who i saw tonight? It was the red wings! i remember them! good to see em again.

Not thier top top form yet, however they looked and played like wings. Much more like it.

Cujo deserves to win a game or two. I liked him back in his St. Louis and Edmonton days....not so much for the Toronto days....but i was always hoping for Vancouver days

Nothing happened to hedberg. Crow has always had something against him.

Auld's playing ok but as you can see by calgary's goal...he drifts out on the sides and he's so big it makes him a lot slower on the recovery.


Congrads on the detroit game null. I didn't get to watch it but it sounds like they ripped it up pretty good.

If the Canucks can keep on playing like they did in the last 10 minutes of this game then they'll waste the flames.


If the nucks win game 6 then they have a good chance at game 7 and the series. They just aren't working as hard as the less talented team. To casual out there. I was impressed with their play at the end, even though it was too late.

They'll take 7 if they can win 6. happens a lot actually. Nucks played desprate the last 10 min, thats how they'll be to start of game 6. I expect them to win the next 2


[EDIT] And more i think about it. more i want vancouver to win.

I want colorado round 2. they always bring out the best the wings have.

Vancouver wont play like they did in the last 10 mins. of game 5 in any other time in a game other than the last 10 mins. Because they dont feel urgency until then.....Get better Cloutier......soon

and a game 6 elimination game isnt going to give them that urgency? wrong. Game 6 they are going to play like theres no tomorrow. because there might not be.

first 10 they will play like the last 10 of game 5. IF they are down at the last 10 of game 6, they are going to be even more urgent.
