Canadian film industry is screwed.. or is it?

I mean, what would lure American production company's away from Canadian soil and back to American soil? American money does wonders in Canada and other parts of the world...

How will Arnold be able to bring them back when it's all about the money? Can he offer like tax deductables or something?

My main problem with Arnold is that he seems to spend more time quoting his movies than he does discussing important political issues.
