Just click on the user cp button. If anyone has given you reputation points (negative or positive) it will appear in a table on that page. If not I don't think it will show.

It's in your User CP. Referalls are when you show this site to your friends and they register using a special link indicating you refered them.

How do you know if its negative or positive? Is the little square a different color or something.

Green is positive and red is negative.

There was actually more red that doesn't appear anymore. And I don't know, I'm such a nice guy :angel:

Am I the only person who feels that rep is useless and a total waste? And to think that people actually care so much about it... I guess it makes them feel superior to other people just because they don't have as much rep. :rolleyes:

No, there are different reputation groups you are in, depending on your rep level. You can get and do certain things depending on your reputation level.
