Actually, that would be everyone else this generation.

I assume Nintendo would not mention Zelda Wii if people didn't keep asking them about it. :lolz:

Even more talking,

"You will have to wait until next year when we can elaborate on this and many other things. But what I can tell you is that yes I have read some of the speculation, and some of it is right! That is all I can say at the moment." - Eiji Aonuma

"We're taking advantage of MotionPlus. It's become very natural – the movement of your arms is precisely reflected in the gameplay. Thanks to the technological advancements, we hope the gameplay can be more accessible to people." - Eijii Aonuma

"We're making efforts regarding the total flow of the Zelda game. So far, the basic flow of the Zelda games is you're exploring a field, you go to a dungeon, you conquer it and return to the field. We're looking at altering that traditional flow. That's all I can share, and I can't say more until E3 next year."

They changed the flow of the game... I wonder how that will work out. Maybe less dungeons, more other action?

They need to get back to making the dungeons actually fun... How about that?

I wonder if we will finally see voice acting...I have mixed feelings on that one. But I am excited for what they come up with. When Nintendo try's something different it is usually pretty incredible.

I've enjoyed the dungeons in the last two games.

I hope when they say change the flow though, they don't mean a central dungeon like in PH and Spirit Tracks.

Yeah because everyone remembers the awesome voice work done in Mario Sunshine....

No voice acting please. At least not with full lyrics.

Maybe gibberish like Midna had. :)

He sure is talking more and more,

Quote:

The Difference between the two platforms (Wii and DS) is big. The experience with Spirit Tracks, trying to enhance an already 'near-perfect control,' is what pushed us on learning how to rack our brains. With Wii it is the same, we want to make the most of its controls. We want the player to control the game in the best possible way. On Wii, the camera is more realistic. Graphics are more realistic, too, and controls have to be, therefore, much more realistic.

Any present Zelda is technically superior. Everything goes faster, more fluid... but to best Ocarina of Time, a great change –comparable to what happened back then- must be introduced. And that'll be rather complicated.

I now have a fear that it will be something like Zelda: Wii Sports. I think Nintendo is smart enough not to do that to Zelda, but then again I think they can also be dumb enough to do it. I'll expect the worst and hope for the best.

I was going to add "They shouldn't try to beat OoT" to my post, but then I read Manasecrets. With that in mind, trying to beat OoT is a good thing. They won't make a sports game. :)

If only they haven't outdone OoT twice since then....

But yeah I don't know why folks fear this becoming Zelda Sports or some wagglefest.

Nintendo has figured out the balance between waggle-fest and legit games, they have made 2 new Marios, Metroid, Smash Bros and Kart without really dumbing any of it down. This Zelda.. if started from when TP was released has been in the making for at least 3 years, 4 by the time it is released.
