That was an amazing overtime period, especially with all the near misses and that amazing (or was it illegal?) hit on Kapanen. The contrast in volume at the end was cool, too.

Yeah, Flames continue to be....on fire...(sorry) Sharks are in a tough position after losing the first two at home, but they could come and win the next four, who knows. But, this series doesn't matter. Bring on the next TB v. Philly game, thank you.

sharks had an easy ride the first 3 in colorado. that seriously hurt thier streak. they were red hot after the first round and they got lazy in colorado. its cooled them off. They were one of the 2 best teams on the ice in the first round.

if they could find that again they'd be ok. but i dun think they can turn it on just like that.

Flyers won 3-2 today. All tied up 2-2 now. Not that I can visually attest to it, but the radio guys made it sound like the refs were atrocious. Can anyone back this up? Either way, good win, back to Tampa.

cant speak for that game. but refs have been horrible the whole playoffs it seems

they dont know how to do thier jobs. they're told to call interference and they'll only call it on one team or not at all. they miss icings and 2 line passes.

just awful.

so i wouldnt be surprised if they were in that game.

The refs dont know how to do their jobs becaus ethe league was stupid in making so many linesman and refs needed on ice. ( i think its a total of 5 or 6 officials) so that means that the good ones get thinned out, and more refs are being called up from juniour leagues, so they have less time to find out whats a good call and whats not. I think they should revert the system back to what it used to be.

Yeah, Bill McCreary is a jackass. Screws the Flyers over in almost every game he refs for them.

Like Mick Magoo(sp?) he has something out for the Canucks when he refs our games, especially Bertuzzi..
