Ok, the nature in America is gorgeous. Yes, also including South America. (A friend is in Brazil and she took pictures of great areas.)

Re: Pictures You've Taken
I got up at 6am Sunday morning to head downtown and walk the Seawall, so I decided to take some pictures aswell.
For some reason I love this picture. ![]() ![]() ![]() You have no idea how bright that reflection was. I honestly thought it was the Sun. ![]() ![]() ![]() If you look REALLY close, directly above my dad's head, there are 2 white ships, and faintly between them - barely, you can see Vancouver Island. ![]() Siwash Rock. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There were 8 separate Asian tourists taking pictures of these ships waiting to get in the harbour, so I thought I'd join in. ![]() ![]() Adorable. ![]() The fountain from the 1936 Chicago World's fair. Neat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't know what these are, but I like 'em. ![]() |
Re: Pictures You've Taken
That looks like an awesome place to walk or ride a bike. I've been to Vancouver before, and I remember really liking that city. It's definitely my favorite city in Canada.
Also, being the Civil Engineer that I am, I have always enjoyed buildings and bridges and other massive man made objects, so obviously I enjoy city skylines. Vancouver has a very very dense skyline, so it's really unique in that sense. I know that a lot of you guys are from around the area, so this might interest you. http://skyscraperpage.com/store/posters/vancouver/ Those are diagrams that have been drawn by individuals, and they are very realistic looking. You can look at a diagram for pretty much any major building that's out there, so it's a pretty neat site. |

![]() At Heinz Field for the Pitt game. ![]() Pink fountain for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This picture was taken while riding my bike. The rest I stopped to take. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to add this picture as well. ![]() The weather conditions were perfect, so the view of it that day was pretty epic. |
Re: Pictures You've Taken
Is that the ketchup Heinz? I use empty Heinz ketchup bottles as water bottles.

I think the Earl picture thing is going a little far. Changing my pic as soon as I find a suitable replacement.

I only joined because I wanted to be cool. :( Now all the cool people are already moving on. :baby:
No, I joined because I happened to have this rare picture of BaB with a banana. And what might be Mexican flu. |
Re: Pictures You've Taken
Some pictures I took in Norway (and Danmark).
Would make a great set for a horror or adventure movie. FACT: The Norwegian vikings were technologically ahead of their time. Not a good picture, but I thought the skull was nice. And they say Legoland is a family park... (Ok, I didn't take this picture.) |
