I've beaten Wind Waker and Twilight Princess.

Unless, I'm mistaken that's two games I've finished. ;)

Wind Waker was the only Zelda I've ever played. I thought it was great. I love the sailing adventure theme that plays whenever you hope in the boat. I burned it onto a CD and had it on nonstop repeat in my car for a while.
