GoldenEye for Revolution (same game, better visuals)... I can honestly say IMO that this would beat even Halo 2 as the best FPS.

Did you just insult GoldenEye? GoldenEye with revamped graphics would own any FPS shooter of today. Whenever I go over my cousins and play Goldeneye I still have more fun with it then I ever did with either Red Faction, Halo, or any FPS of this generation.

The gameplay mechanics was perfection for the N64... nothing but a beautifying touch is needed for GOlden Eye

I think it was the controller that made the game, not that the gameplay was bad, its just that the controller was perfect for FPS's

as i always say, no controller is perfect for fps's even mentioning controller in the same sentence as FPS is an oxymoron.

However, as far as what Kyuzo said..... you can already play any controller on the consoles anyway. buy a little adapter and play the GC with an N64 controller. or whatever. i can use my PS2 controller on the PC / Xbox / GC. or what have you.

I would never dare to insult GE, since it's one of my favorite games. Man, that was a classic... I've beaten it 100%, all the levels on all the difficulties and all the cheats. :D It was hard, but it was so cool.

Perhaps you're right, but I still think they could add some things if they were to remake it. Who holds the rights of it anyway, Ninty or Rare?
