Thats too expensive to pay for a handheld. Waaaaay too expensive. I wouldnt buy it, even if i have been looking foreward to it, just because it will be like, $700 cdn. Do you know what you can buy for $700? A TV....a stereo, and a PStwo to go with your shiney new TV and stereo.

(And i think Deejz meant UMD, because the "H" and the "U" are right next to eachother.)

it has no official price. show me the CDN$700 price tag you saw in stores.

I wont be buying the thing right when it comes out no matter what the price is...but the fact of the matter is, IT HAS NO PRICE. the only thing you can safely assume is that it will be more expensive than the Nintendo DS, and that's because of its advanced tech.

Yes, that's the one. Thank you. I couldn't fully remember wha the first letter was and I couldn't find my magazine where I read it.

Wow hehe. I'm glad Nintendo is targeting a much bigger audience again. :D

I think I know how this will go. PSP will have a reaaaaaaaally slow start, but as long as good games are coming out for the thing, people will eventually get it, perhaps after a few price drops. But Sony will lose money on it, I think...

actually i think sony is targeting the bigger audience, and by the how it looks, people are excited about it and it will prolly have quite a good start.

If Nintendo's targetted that bigger audience in the past, doesn't seem like many of them were interested... :sneaky:

Well.... considering that the GameBoy is the best sold console ever...

Youngsters can't just buy an expensive handheld (they spend everything on phones these days :mad2: ), parents won't buy such a pricy thing for their kids, so that only leaves 20-40 or something. Right right right?

Right.

If I get either of the handhelds, the DS will deffinatly be the one I go for. The two screens is innovative, and they already have a huge list of software and there are quite a few of them I am interested in. Not to mention I can actually afford this one.

I don't think that the PSP will lose money. I think it will make quite good money. Not as much as the DS though.

Nice screen but I'm waiting a few price drops before considering it.
