I heard that song YEARS ago, probably 3-4 years ago, I can assure you Zebra, it's well over a year old.

That offends you people? Give me a break...its harmless fun...if that offends you, I feel quite sorry for you, because your going to be offended a LOT in your life. I guess maybe its a good thing im not a mod anymore? Because theres no way I wouldve removed that, its harmless IMO.

I mean, look at it his way. While Im a Kerry supporter currently, that dosent mean I cant get a laugh or 2 out of jokes about him. I have always found it funny how much he looks like Herman Munster...im sure as hell not offended by jokes about him.

Agreed with Jason.

And, the song's about Chinese food. Not all Asian food.

And Fox 6. What are you exactly? Chinese? Thai? Japanese?

If you're not Chinese then you have no more grounds for being offended than I.

goons

can someone PM me the link. I've heard the song but haven't seen this flash.

Well, in that case, I still can't see how you're offended. It's just a fun song.
:)
If someone made a song about German's eating sausages and drinking too much beer, i wouldn't be offended. (me=German)

anyway whatever. You're offended.

Someone PM that link plz

+reppeth for the effort

and +rep to fox for being such a stick.

How is it offensive? Its a long running joke that has been going on forever. And no, im not saying because its been around for a long time it shouldnt be offensive. But I agree with Jason.

First off, Cam, your half Asian, so you should only be slightly offended. Second, its not making fun of Asian food, its making fun of Chinese food. So its not offensive to all Asians.

I would be flathered actually. That someone thought it would be worth it to waste an afternoon of their own, to poke fun at me. I would take pride in that. It seems the only people nowadays that like their stereotypes are black people. Around here anyways. I dont know about you guys.

But then again, i think everyone nowadays is too uptight. If you cant laugh at yourself, what can you laugh at? Laughing at your own stereotypes, personal problems and other things is a good way to get over it and see it in a new light. I know , thats what I do.

And feel free to poke fun at me, Im Canadian.

(Before you say "There are no Canadians, unless your a Native". Let me clear this up.)

My Family has been in Canada since before Canada was a country. My family came to settle "New france". They then moved to the newly formed Manitoba to get land. Manitoba being part of Canada means they are Canadians, because they legally broke all ties of formerly being French.

My Family has been here since 1517...which is 7 years before New France was colonized...I think....woo....go family trees and the internet.

So My family settled canada, if that doesnt make me Canadian, be sure to get an andry post back explaining more of why I am more Candian than anyone here.

And Natives arnt the first Canaidans. They didnt live in Canada, they lived on the land. Thats a difference. You could say they were the first North Americans, and I wouldnt argue.
