Re: Hummers
I saw a comic about a Hummer today. They had two little kids sitting at a table for lunch at school, and they both have lunchboxes. It had Billy with his little lunchbox and the son of a Hummer owner's kid had a big-ass lunchbox. :p
Bizarro rules. I wonder if I can find it on the net to post it. EDIT: No, it's not up yet. But this is the comic. http://www.kingfeatures.com/features...arro/about.htm |
Re: Hummers
There is also the H1. It was originally designed to replace the ageing fleet of Jeeps in America's Military. It has become the Army's main vehicle and it's hard to imagine the Army without them.
They grew in popularity with the public through the news coverage of the Gulf War and a civilian version was released a few years later. Army Hum-Vee ![]() Civilian Hummer ![]() General Motors bought the rights to the civilian Hummer a few years ago and now produces both the original H1 and the more civilized and cheaper H2. The Hummer was originally produced by AM General which still makes the Army version. |
Re: Hummers
I've also seen a few Pictures of Hummers....though it had nothing to do with the vehicle, im sure they were intergrated somehow....
