I'm going to have to kill that news reporter and the maker of the "whistle tip" .. That whistle tip is and I quote "whooooop whooopp" and it's "decoration" and another quote "It's like an alarm clock whoooooop whoooooooop"

i like how the guy speeds in the wrong lane, nearly hititng a car and totally runs a stop sign, very cool!
