Will this new service require us to have an AOL ISP?
No. Will Nintendo be using AOL online tools for some of its games? Probably, if they even make a online game. Will these games be on AOL servers? No. Can we use our own Service Provider? Yes. Why did Nintendo go with AOL? Probably for the marketability, and maybe AOL just wanted to team up as well. |

AOL Users with Broadband such as myself will probably get to play games first (Sucks to be you non-AOL Users now, doesn't it?) and maybe a Discount or something, this is what a buisiness allience is about, getting more money and who knows, maybe Time Warnerr will one day sell AOL to Nintendo, now there's an interesting thought! |

I doubt there will be any benefits for AOL users. Nintendo will use AOL tools in exchange for advertising gamecube on AOL.
