Even though he's a dumbass I still feel sorry for him. It's a life gone....

Oh no...

Did you read that part about the doctor prescribing painkillers because the guy faked symptoms?

It's just a matter of time before somebody starts suing. Seriously, I won't be surprised if I find out that it's already happening.

If I ever make it as a doctor, remind me to enter a specialty that only prescribes drugs for really serious things (like epilepsy) ok?

Sure thing. Just let me know when you become a doctor.

what a friggin MORON~! first of all his parents shoulda watched him when he takes his medicine and 2nd~! IT WAS ALL HIM ANYWAY, not peeps online, no one on the net shoved that stuff down his throat except HIM~! i have no sympathy for this kid in the story, because it is a load of crap, he was retarded and misused his own medicine and for the people that feel sorry for him, i think there idiots and have no life....

Like everybody else said, you have to be pretty stupid doing something like that. Trying to impress others by taking pills, people you don't know?

Another mindless way of dying is hanging on the other side of the rails on a bridge, joking to your sister that you'll commit suicide, and falling down about a 100 meters because your foot slips. I read this in the newspaper a few days ago.

Well, while we're talking about idiots, here's one from the Darwin Awards (people overdosing on the internet while being egged on by online buddies is too depressing anyway).

Quote:

(2 August 2002, Kansas) Police said an Olathe man was struck and killed by a train after his vehicle broke down on Interstate 35. His attempts at repairing his car had failed, and he was calling for help when the train engineer spotted him standing on the tracks. The engineer said the man was holding a cell phone to one ear, and cupping his hand to the other ear to block the noise of the train.
