The smilie that Stu has indicated as our current 'embarrassment' smilie is actually a 'tired' or 'yawn' smilie. I think our Graphics Designer just got his first assignment. ;)

i have a friend that has an embarrassing moment, and sad, she was walking along side a road one day with some friends near her house and out of nowhere she ran into a telephone pole leaving a big ass bump on her head (i mean the damn thing was like the size of a ****ing tennis ball literally), then a few hours later she started vomiting up yellow-greenish stuff, so they took her to the hospital and said that she had had a minor concuscion, anywho 4 years later shes doing dandy and we still make fun of her for it

Ripped on in my spanish class right when we all got quiet to start class. I think this one ADD kid got too much of a kick out of it. It is the only thing he remembers from that whole class that year.
Um, can't remember anymore at the time. |

I've discovered that I can't walk too well... I mean, I walk in a straight line, but that's not too good when there are obstructions in the way.
1) When about 8, I was playing "Line-tag" with my younger sister and her posse because I couldn't find anyone I knew that early in the morning on the massive Californian "playground". While round a corner -- full-sprint, mind you -- I slammed the soft spot just above my knee cap into a basketball pole. Yep... a nice impression on my little sister's friends. 2) About a year later, I was (once again) playing some sort of game with my younger sister. Take note that, despite her being a danger to my health, she is the closest sibling in age. *ahem* There's a short brick wall (about two feet high) in which I had decided to hurdle to get back to my house after we were done being outdoors for the day. Once again, I injured the small soft spot above my knee by slamming it into the corner of the brick wall. I'm not sure which was louder, the collision or my screaming. 3) I'll make this one short... I was hiking with my father, and I nearly walked off the side of the cliff. Nobody wants to make an ass of themself in front of their parents. Like the guy who posted before, I had walked into a girl's restroom by accident. Everyone was outside watching me, and there was nothing inside. I wouldn't have cared as much had it been the other way. Aaaand, once in the second grade while at the beach, I too walked in on someone changing out of a bathing suit. *shudders* It wasn't a female though. *shrugs* I may have more, but I'm sure that I don't have enough time, and others don't want to read from one person too much. |
you reminded me of another one with the cliff thing
for some reason my parents thought it would be nice to go biking in the rocky mountains soon after I had learned how to ride a 2 wheeler  anyways, I was biking downhill, and I was really nervous...I put on the brakes, my front tire hit a rock, and I went flying over the handlebars and landed on my face (forehead to be exact) which proceeded to rip open due to the scraping of the gravel, dirt and small rocks. my momentum then took me right over the edge of a 6 foot ditch and I landed in a grassy area next to a tree. my head was cut open for 7 stitches and I still having scarring up through my hairline... |

bah, it was nothing compared to other injuries I've experienced. I was playing basketball once when I landed from a jump on an uneven surface...shifted my knee cap out of place (hurt like a bitch), sprained my ankle severely and tore a couple ligaments...I don't mind a decent amount of pain, it keeps you alert...but that hurt a little too much for comfort |
