For Sephiroth, Get MP Rage definetly. MP Haste would be cool too. Make sure you have Curaga...If you don't, Cura is okay...i guess. For his first form, I just jumped and attacked. He was usually open after doing the Fire Pillar attack. Then when he does his Sin Harvest attack, run like hell. If you are near him, combo him while he does Sin Harvest. If you are a bit far away, use Strike Raid. If his Sin Harvest is successful, immediately use an Elixir before he runs up to you and kills you. Also, watch out for Omnislash. You can block some slashes, and you can also heal when he does that little tantrum (It won't stun you). Then in his third form, he looks like he is made of electricity. When he does Meteor Shower, Get away from him and run around. The meteors start revolving around him and they will hit you as they revolve, then one final giant meteor comes to hit you. It doesn't do that much, so just heal when that happens. Watch out for his constant "Dodge This!" attack where he swirls around with his giant sword. He does this attack when he says "come" and white balls start hitting you. Those don't do a lot of damage. This is your point to attack him. Also, be very careful, because sometimes you won't know he is doing Sin Harvest, so keep your eye on him all the time. He still does Omnislash, and i think each hit is more powerful than before. So heal in between them. Attack after Meteor Shower, when he is running around, and when he does the weird light balls on you. So, yeah.
Have your item list full of Elixirs. Be sure to have MP Rage and MP Haste if you want, but MP Rage is a must.
Also... For weapons... Equip the Oblivion keyblade, imo. LionHeart raises MP, but you won't use magic on him besides healing yourself. And don't worry about low MP, because everytime he hits you, you get more MP. I think that's about it.. I probably forgot something, so someone else will correct me. And I'm too lazy to type up something for Ice Titan, but he is an excellent way to level up.
