Nothing. People like them because they're flat and widescreen. The picture on plasma's is still sub-par. Even the best ones out can't match up to a tube half its price. Plasma's need a few more years to develop, before they're worth the purchase. Then a few more to make a reasonable price.

One that isn't flat. The ones that nearly everybody has except for rich guys like Perfect Stu. ;)
