Do you have the latest version of Flash and the latest Internet Explorer? Same thing happened to me but after I downloaded those it worked fine.

Yep, I've installed the newest versions of everything, didn't help. I e-mailed Nintendo about the problem but they haven't e-mailed me back yet.

I can get it, I just dont know my cabin.
