So, this game is great. One of the most amazing looking games I have ever played, and the combat is great once you get used to noticing enemy attacks and dodging them - makes things very fluid.

My only complaint so far is that this game does one thing that some games do that really annoys me: too many paths to take. If I'm exploring a dungeon or area and I come across two paths, I like for one to be relatively short and lead to a dead end with an item or something.

In this game that's not the case, there are a lot of branching paths which are long and intricate, and makes it easy to miss stuff. Fortunately the game lets you replay any level any time you want, so it's easy to go back and run through the level again and choose different paths.

Also, having Patrick Stewart read to you during loading screens is awesome. Every game should do this.

I actually believe those are branching paths and you are supposed to pick one and stay on it. At least what got from the GT review.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing, I haven't tried to explore every path, I just pick one and go.

But you need to collect these gem things that can boost your overall health. So far I've missed 3, and I'm pretty sure they are on the other paths, so I need to go back and do those.

Edit: I actually do think it's a pretty cool concept, having multiple paths to take, but my perfect collection syndrome does not enjoy it.

I know exactly what you mean. I always need to know what's behind the corner.

Played the demo to this and I think this game is basically amazing. It also has the best graphics I've seen this gen other than God of War 3 hands down.

If anyone has been looking to pick this game up, I was going to purchase this for my brother for his birthday, and I did a quick search online to see if any of the stores were offering any deals (I was doubtful, as the game has only been out a week) but much to my surprise, K-Mart has the game on sale for both Consoles, for $39.99. This is both online and in store, but its only through October 30th.

Really a great deal for a great game that has only been out a week. Also of note, My K-Mart still had it listed at 59.99, but I just asked an employee and they scanned it and it came up at the sale price.
