I wouldn't call you a college dropout either. I'd say you're an opportunist, pursuing a once in a lifetime opportunity. You're gonna have a much more fun time at your 20-year high school reunion than most people. And think of the life stories...I know you guys are a small indie band and you tour at mostly smaller venues (amirite?), but I'm sure you have your fair share of stories.

I like how there is a Live Warhammer Online event right in the middle of the busiest time of the year for me.

I'm finishing my 22 page paper today. No question about it. Then I can work on my other paper all of tomorrow.

The worst thing about this is the fact that the weather is going to be fucking amazing these next two days. Today the high is going to be in the high 70s and tomorrow, the high will be at 83. It's April in Boston!! :( I want to have fun.

That's the worst: trying to focus on studying while the weather outside is wonderful.

The weather starts to take a turn for the better around a week or two right before finals here. Ugh.

I just finished my 8 hour FE Exam, and now I'm officially on Summer Break. I have to wait another week until I can move out of my apartment though, but that's okay. I'm so exhausted from that test though.

So im about to go into Final numero 1 today.

That will only leave 7 left.

Today was a good day.

I got back my third exam grade in Political Science 101...had a 102 on it. The prof also told us that if we were happy with our current grade in the class, we could keep it and not take the cumulative final. I have an A, so I'm definitely skipping that crap.

Also, my Numerical Analysis professor (one of the hardest classes I'm taking this semester) told us the same thing. I went up to his office after class to find out my current grade, and it's an 88.25. I told him I was cool with that, because I have a big project I'm working on and it wouldn't be worth the time spent studying when I could be working on it.

He looked at me for a few seconds, typed in a few things on his keyboard, and said, "You have an A."

I was like..."Wow, thanks a lot! :D"

So today I got two exams knocked off, and A's in two classes, leaving only 2 exams and 1 project to go! :D

Re: End of the Semester Procrastination Thread!

So I got rest of my grades today. I only had four classes this semester.

Underground Coal Mining: A+
Steel Structures 1: B
Highway Engineering: B
Intro to Psych: A-

I thought that I was getting a B for psych, since I couldn't go to the final because I was so sick. The class only required four test grades, and the final was a fifth grade, so it wasn't required to take, but my four test grades averaged to an 86.5. I guess that there was a curve that brought it up to at least an 89.5.

Turned in my 25 pg paper today.
Have a 15 pg paper due tomorrow. I'm at 6 pages, but it's a mess since I'm changing crap in my outline.
..running on four hours of sleep. gah. not sleeping tonight.

I typically dislike the end of the semester, but this semester... everything just piled on at the end.

Re: End of the Semester Procrastination Thread!

No midterms or final exams this quarter, just three final papers that aren't due for about 5 weeks :p

Have a case summary due for my Negotiation class this friday, but that shouldn't be too difficult. Also, I'm TA'ing a class this quarter, which has been one of the easiest and most gratifying things I've done in college thus far.

Re: End of the Semester Procrastination Thread!

Lets see left I have a 4 page paper due Friday which I have started on, a 5 page paper and an 8 page paper both due a week from today, one of which I have started on. I also have a group presentation to give today, but that should be pretty easy. After that, im done forever!

No job yet though...:(
