I got the penguin, beatles, and tavern. I almost got the game store one while I was at the mall yesterday, but the damn manager quoted some new mall-wide rule saying photo-taking was no longer allowed anywhere in the mall! I told him that was bollocks, but he stuck to his story.

Will get the parents surfing GT, the garden, the mug with "Wood" printed out and taped on it, probably be able to the game store one. That's all I can get methinks.

I will have to post later, my monitor died so right now I'm looking for a good place to buy another one.

By the way, getting that game store one was so friggin' hard! Like I said, the first Gamestop I went to in the mall said it was mall-wide policy that photo-taking is not allowed (which turns out is true, but still, throw me a bone jeez).

So I went today and tried another Gamestop outside of a mall, and the guy there said it was store policy not to allow photos. He said they're worried that I might post it on the internet citing some terrible experience I had there. Which made me smirk.

I almost gave up. But I tried once more, this time at a GameCrazy, and, again, the guy said it was against store-policy as well. Jesus, what is with these anal employees at these places? But an employee there decided to eschew the rules and let me take one, citing some big contest he was a part of on the NeoGAF forums that had a similar photo-hunt.

Haha no, I didn't ask. Obviously he's the guy in the photo, though I guess that doesn't help. Could've sworn he said NeoGAF, but he said the prize was like $4000 on top of a bunch of other stuff, so if you haven't heard of that then I must have heard wrong.

Zen, too bad about the high score one! I went to an arcade thinking there might be some long neglected game that I could get a high score on, but I didn't find anything. And I don't know any pizza delivery people, and asking to get a photo from inside one would be tough. :D

You should've just unplugged it and reset the high scores. Wait, does that still work? Probably on older machines.

yeah i was just gonna do it on xmen vs street fighter which loses the score every night as they turn it off.

Ah hell I knew I shoulda asked the workers if there were any easy ones to get a high score on. I figured all the games saved the high scores in eeprom or flash so they wouldn't get erased at power down.

It was a good group effort from everyone. We all did what we could do.

Zen, do you live right near that beach?? It's beautiful! The water especially. Ohh it reminds this old man of his bygone days on the beaches of the Mediterranean in Malta... :baby:

That beach is about half an hour away from me with no traffic.
